As per our programme, we are planning to run a cycling evening next Monday. However, as mentioned to the Scouts last night, we are currently short on leaders due to one stepping down and another being away with work.
To run the activity safely and as planned, we need at least three parent volunteers to join us on the ride.
If we are unable to secure this support, we will need to switch the evening to a session at the hut with alternative activities.

A final decision will be made on Friday evening, giving us enough time to organise a backup activity if required.

Please also note if the activity can go ahead scouts will need a bike in good working order and a helmet, for safety reasons no scouts will be able to ride unless they have a helmet.
