All had a couple of emails this eve so just to confirm times for tonight 7:30 drop off 9:00 collection at Drum Hill.

All please find below a letter from James Tubby who is setting up the Hilton Explorer group to enable scouts to continue in scouting in Hilton after reaching their 14th birthday.

Please feel free to share with those currently not in scouting that may wish to join the group.

Scouts starts back this Monday, we will be at the hut normal time 7:30 till 9:00.

The program for the rest of the term will be uploaded later this week following conformation of a couple of activities.

We will also be posting some more details regarding summer camp this week with regards costs etc.

Subs for this term £40 are also now due, if you don’t have the bank details please drop us an email and we will send them across to you.

All, we have a scout who could do with a lift to and from climbing tonight Hilton based. If any one has a spare space in their car and could accommodate a lift please can you drop an email to the Hilton.scouts@gmail.com email and I will forward on parent contact details.

All as per the program we will be climbing tomorrow night at the Climbing unit in Derby.

The cost will be £5 per scout, the scouts will need to arrive at 7:20 for a 7:30 start and will need collecting at 9:00pm.

The scouts do not need to be in uniform, we suggest they wear clothes which allow them to stretch and trainers on their feet.

If scouts have long hair please make sure they bring a hair tie to tie it back during the activity.

All unfortunately due to booking issues we have had to change the activity on Monday night. We will now be meeting at Drum Hill on Monday night for wide games and we will be climbing next half term instead . We will be updating the program page shortly.

We will be meeting at Drum Hill at 7:30pm in the main car park, scouts will need collecting at 9:00pm from the main car park.

We suggest scouts wear appropriate clothing for the weather as we will be outside all night. We also suggest the scouts bring a drink and a torch with them.
