All we will be starting back at scouts on Monday and look forward to seeing every one post, hopefully a good Easter break.
We will be meeting at the hut on Monday at the normal time of 7:30-9:00pm and the scouts will be completing the first part of their Mechanics badge.
The program for the rest of the summer term we aim to uploaded over the weekend, we are just awaiting a couple of activity bookings to be accepted.
With regards to Summer camp we are now need to get numbers confirmed so we can start to finalise travel arrangements, book ferries, activities and confirm the final cost which we aim to be around the £200 mark / scout. As noted on the summer camp page of this website this year we will be holding summer camp on the Isle of White at a great scout campsite which we have visited a number of times before, and believe it is one of the best summer camp locations. We will be uploading more information to the summer camp page this weekend so please keep your eyes pealed.
We would ask if your scout would like to attend summer camp this year a £50 deposit is to be paid by Monday 22nd April to reserve their spot, this will enable us to then complete the above. This deposit can either be provide in cash, cheque, or via bank transfer to the same account as subs, please use scouts initial plus surname and camp as the reference to enable us to easily identify camp deposits directly in to the bank account.
