As I’m sure you are aware there is a Jubilee party this Friday in Hilton which begins with a parade. We have spoken to the Scouts a few times about this already but this is to confirm the details.
We will meet outside the Old Talbot at 12:45 to assemble. Parade and thanks will be short so the members can rejoin families afterwards. Scouts will need to be in uniform to parade, both shirts and neckers but can put these over a t-shirt to make it easier to change after.
The Scouting groups have also been asked to help with keeping the area tidy. At 2pm, 3pm, 4pm & 5pm (the end) please can all those who are available meet by the Old Talbot to walk down the street and empty the litter bins into the skip which will be at the Kings Head car park.
We hope to see as many Scouts as possible on Friday.
