For all those coming on summer camp this year we will need a completed and signed Camp Health Form and Activity Permission Form. Both of these forms can now be downloaded as PDF’s from the summer camp website page

We have also added a Kit List which can also be downloaded as a PDF from the same page.
It would be ideal if you could download and fill in the Camp Heath and Activity Permission forms and bring them with you next Monday which is the final Scout meeting before the summer holidays.
